HOW TO USE THE BATH SOAK

Sitz: Dissolve 1/2 cup (approx. half of pack) to warm (not hot) water in your sitz and soak for 15 – 20 mins.

Bath: Add pack (250g) to a tub of warm (not hot) water and soak for 15 – 20 mins.

Caution: Not to be ingested. Hydrate well before and after use. Pregnant women should enjoy a warm bath and not overheat.
