Do you offer vegan, natural or organic products in your gift boxes?
Our luxury skincare range is 100% natural with some organic ingredients and 100% vegan.
Can I create a custom gift box?
No, but please email if you really want a different option and we will see if we can customise something for you.
How do the gift boxes come packed?
They are packed in a re-useable white cardboard box with pink filler and tissue paper. Then packed in an
environmentally friendly, compostable pink bag. A card can be added if sending directly as a gift to someone special.
Can I choose the fragrance of my candle?
No, our boxes are pre-packed, but if it is really important to you, please email hello@pamperbypost.com.au and we will see if we can change to the fragrance that you prefer.
Where are the products from?
We are very conscious about where we source our products and have sourced from Australia and local suppliers as much as possible. Our luxury skincare range is made in our home state of Queensland, Australia with all Australian Natural ingredients, our little make bags are made locally in Queensland, as well as our luxury soy candles and our Gin from Mt Tamborine, Queensland. Our natural bath salts and journals are also Australian sourced.
Do you have options for larger sized bottles of your skincare?
No, or skincare range is packed in small bottles, so that they are suitable to take with you on that girl’s weekend away or hens’ night in or just a pamper gift for someone special. We will consider doing larger bottles if demand is there.
How will the recipient know who sent their gift box?
At checkout you can add a personalised message that will go onto a gift card and placed inside the purchased gift box.
